This tiny Prime Mover has room for two ponies in the back, plus driver. It's based on a very popular mining cart hauler ("schlepper") and was adapted almost totally, with only minor alterations to the back seating area to allow fuel and ammo cans to fit more snugly. The Kettenkrad can be used to haul ammunition for small arms, trailers with cannon shells, anti-tank guns (only the Germane 35mm and 47mm guns can be carried easily, though two 'Krads can beused to tow 105mm and 128mm guns), and really, anything else one can think of. They're ideal for crossing unstable terrain like swamps, and can mount up to three MG-4/2's on them to serve as machien gun carriers for light support. It has almost no armor, however, and can only protect the lower parts of the bodies of its crew from small arms fire. Interestingly, the armor panels can be easily removed by popping off the side panels, reducing its weight enough to allow it to travel at speeds up to 92kph/57mph.

This light armored car is built up from a common steam carriage used to haul goods at larger ship yards and train yards around Germaneigh. The armament is interesting in that the 20mm cannon can elevate to 50 degrees from the horizontal, to be used as an emergency anti-aircraft gun. Its rate of fire is 90 shells per minute, and it holds enough ammo for two minutes of sustained fire. This super light, fast, and small vehicle can worm its way into some pretty tight spaces, moreso if the upper "cage" section of the turret were removed. It has a crew of four that are expected to act both as vehicular and dismounted scouts. The vehicle is simple enough to be operable by a single driver. Adapted versions of this vehicle to act as communications vehicles (SDK-223), and even small command vehicles (SDK-224), also exist.

Expanded from the SDK-222, the Gepard uses two engines, to retain the same performance. It can carry up to 6 troops in the rear compartment, or be used without them to haul everything from ammuniton to fuel cans. Its intended role is as a Cavalry Fighting Vehicle, in Scout Cavalry (Jäger-Pfadfinder or "Hunter/Pathfinder") companies. The 47mm gun does good service on most light vehicles, and can disable heavier ones with shots to the treads, vision blocks, and turret rings. Their extreme mobility allows Germane armored units to strike deep into enemy territory with speed and precision, with the watchful eyes of Pathfinders identifying the best routes quickly.

A fairly fast moving medium tank, the Panther is the basis on which the Tiger was later developed. A fine, compact, and well armed Medium Tank in every regard, the Panther does a very good job of acting as Germaneigh's armored spearhead. Its armor is a bit thin for a tank of its class, but stand-off armored skirts were later issued to help deflect shell splinters better. These are the mainstay of every Assault Armored Brigade, with 2 Battalions being Medium Tanks.

The "Marder" assault gun is actually assigned to Assault Artillery Brigades, and makes up one Battalion of each brigade. All crewmembers are volunteers for this specific duty, over manning more traditional artillery pieces. The higher velocity imparted by the longer 60 calibre gun barrel gives the 77mm/L60 gun slightly worse performance than the NEIGHTO 90mm gun, but not by too much. It's enough that Marders are a serious hazard to Tirek Heavy Tanks at medium range (under 1km), whereas Panthers must get much closer to scre a kill. The low shilouette and heavier armor means the Marder is well suited to defensive ambush as well, and can take some hits before being knocked out. The downside its that it's a casemate turret with limited gun traverse and elevation, so the whole vehicle must be moved to reaim the gun.

The "Hummel" is a pretty stasndard self propelled howitzer, and basically identical to the Ambleonian one in most regards. It uses a 90mm NEIGHTO gun in the Howitzer role, and has the same range. It can shoot in direct-fire as well, to defend itself against tanks, but it isn't as effective as the longer barreled, proper tank gun version. Like most vehicles of its type, it has no rear armor, and is open topped, though it does have armor over the engine deck to protect it from shell splinters. It's pretty fast, though, allowing it to keep up with armored advances.

The Tiger Tank is Germaneigh's heavy mainstream armor. Its weight prohibits it from a few places with more hilly terrain, but by and large, it's maneuverable enough to get the job done, even in realtively tight or soft grounded areas. It uses the exact same engine and transmission as the Panther in a larger hull, with a new turret. This does place some strain on the transmission, but it's still well within acceptable maintenance hours and expected lifetime before rebuilding.

This monster is the largest combat tank in NEIGHTO inventory. It's NOT designed as an assault weapon, but as a defensive fortification that can move around. It's a mobile armored pillbox that can't even outpace hoof infantry at a gallop. It is, however, able to bring a NAVAL FIVE INCH GUN to the battlefield. For a human scale, that's like having a tank with a 160mm gun on it (most artillery is 155mm or 105mm). It is, in fact, larger than the main gun on an Earth Abrams tank (120mm L7), and has superior kinetic force, with a larger shell. It is also, in fact, proofed to Tirek's short barrel 150mm gun in all directions. It can't be stopped easily, though it can be disabled or run off the road and tipped over in the right conditions. However, rumor has it, this isn't even Germaneigh's largest tank project.........
