Navarre, lacking factories, decided to focus on creating half-tracks to fill the majority of its needs. As a result, the VB-5 chassis was used to create most of the light vehicles in the nation's inventory. The armor thickness is higher than most other Half-Tracks in NEIGHTO, and the cab is more resistant to gunfire as a result, being able to withstand 11mm AP rounds. As expected, the 20mm AAA version can also be used on ground targets. The CFV Gun Turret is from the Prench, and has identical performance, though is produced locally. The vehicles are light and fast, able to take advantage of weaknesses in enemy lines rapidly.

To solve the artillery issue, Navarre invested heavily in rocket systems. While not as precise as tube artillery, the ability to ripple-fire 12 rockets per vehicle allows one MLRS system to cover a very large area with infantry-and-light-vehicle erasing rocketry. The maximum launch range of the rocket is 18km, longer than tube artillery, and the rocket system can easily "shoot-and-scoot," with all of the rocket controls inside of the vehicle's cab. They have a crew of three, with 30 assigned to a full Battery.

Long legs and high speed are the hallmarks of this tank. Based somewhat on the Prench ARL-5, the TPB-1 distributes armor more evenly, and with its higher speed, makes a good breakthrough tank. It, however, has the smallest gun of any NEIGHTO MBT, as it does not use the standard 105mm L7. While this leaves it at a disadvantage against some Tirek vehicles, its speed means it can get away from anything it cant fight. Its treads and tracks are also wider than standard, giving it excellent traction, and the ability to climb at angles most other tanks cannot.
