My Little Pony: Warfare is Magic

Kingdom of Poleland: Warships (Królewska Marynarka Wojenna Polska)

Poleland, like Canida, has a very small shipbuilding industry. Never the less, King Solarenski insisted that his nation produce the most powerful units it possibly could. With little ability to make modern naval guns, many were purchased from other nations and put in locally-made turrets and mountings. Taking cues from the rest of NEIGHTO, and innovating where possible, the Polelish Navy after the Neighpon Campaign became a small but powerful contingent within the greater NEIGHTO combined fleet.

One of the Polelish fleets' strengths is the simplicity in which their ships are constructed. While the designs might be complex looking, underneath the armor plate are as simple of a machinery and construction as possible. Owing to their own lack of a complex machinery industry, and not having as large of a population of skilled machinist ponies, King Solarenski ordered his ships to be as easy to repair as possible, and stressed that damage recovery be something both Officers and Ratings be capable of. While this does result in some drawbacks - namely a lower rotation speed for their gun turrets - they make up for this by using advanced fire control, with local gunnery battery directors, insulating their ships from being knocked out of a fight with a lucky hit to the wrong area. Polelish ships are, therefore, robust not in that they can deflect or soak heavy caliber shells like the Germanes, but that they can soak damage and recover faster than other NEIGHTO vessels.

Poleland uses the ship prefix "SKP" for "Crown Vessel of Poleland" (Statek Koronny Polski). Poleland also uses a hull classification system similar to Equestria, but in their own language.
